great temperature lemonade selection good beverages
the open air restaurant maintained great temperature control. the lemonade selection was satisfactory. i found the beverage options good.
i noticed the windows needed thorough cleaning.

Was pretty good
early check-in genuine service
The staff were attentive. Nilo and Chandra provided early check-in and even secured coffee while preparing my room. They also printed urgent documents and helped pass documents to my business partner before my flight. This genuine service.
The noise from the road and the restaurant music was noticeable in my room. The music continued past midnight, which i found a little disruptive. Otherwise, my stay was mostly fine.

Ms. Naema at the front desk displayed utmost professionalism and respect at all times. She had kindness and dedication that stood out. Staff ensured comfort and care .

The hotel had excellent cleanliness, and everything was well kept. There was a courtyard cafe, a wide open and calm space for relaxation. The hotel location is really convenient.

the location are good to walk to the mall nearby.
the rooms looks pretty old. the ac didn't work well and it got hot in the room. i called about it but nothing was fixed.

easy walk complimentary water room service small room ineffective air conditioning missed cleaning
the location was really good, with an easy walk to the mall. my room included complimentary water bottles everyday, which i appreciated. i also liked the availability of room service, it was convenient.
my room was quite small, and it felt a bit cramped. the air conditioning in the room was not effective i felt very warm at night. housekeeping missed cleaning my room one day, that wasn't good.
