The staff were attentive. Nilo and Chandra provided early check-in and even secured coffee while preparing my room. They also printed urgent documents and helped pass documents to my business partner before my flight. This genuine service.

The noise from the road and the restaurant music was noticeable in my room. The music continued past midnight, which i found a little disruptive. Otherwise, my stay was mostly fine.

the location was really good, with an easy walk to the mall. my room included complimentary water bottles everyday, which i appreciated. i also liked the availability of room service, it was convenient.

my room was quite small, and it felt a bit cramped. the air conditioning in the room was not effective i felt very warm at night. housekeeping missed cleaning my room one day, that wasn't good.
